About the film
Lee Duffy was feared across North East England until his reign of terror ended in 1991. Thirty years on, the stories about him are still told on Teesside.
Too Far, Too Soon charts his life and death through the people who were there: friends, associates, prison cellmates, victims, a crime author and police officers who dealt with him. It's a look at the man behind the legend, and at the town that produced him.
